Land Development Code Enforcement

The City of Corvallis Land Development Code establishes regulations that guide development throughout Corvallis. It is intended to implement the goals and policies of the Comprehensive Plan. Code Compliance researches and investigates community member concerns for non-compliance with Land Development Code requirements, including:

• Un-permitted business or use within a commercial or industrial zone
• Destruction of protected Natural Features
• Parking on an unapproved surface, or making an unapproved parking lot modification
• Illegal or unapproved signs
• Exterior light fixture standards
• Vision clearance area
• Residential fence standards
• Accessory structures
