City Council Meeting

Community members wishing to offer testimony in advance on topics appearing on any City Council agenda are strongly encouraged to do so in writing through the public input form at www.corvallisoregon.gov/publicinput or you email comments to the City Recorder at Carla.holzworth@corvallisoregon.gov.  Community members who wish to offer verbal testimony to the Council either via telephone or through their computer must preregister with City Recorder Carla Holzworth Carla.holzworth@corvallisoregon.gov or 541-766-6729 X 5075 by 9:00 am on Tuesday, January 19.  The number of people who may comment verbally is limited to the first ten who register with the City Recorder. Each speaker is limited to three minutes unless otherwise granted by the Mayor. 

This meeting also includes a public hearing concerning an appeal of a Historic Preservation Commission Decision - Rennie-Smith Building Facade (HPP-2020-16).  To participate in the public hearing: The City Council strongly encourages community members to provide written testimony. Please submit your comments by 9:00 am on January 19, 2021 via email to Carla.holzworth@corvallisoregon.gov. You may also submit written testimony via U.S. mail to Carla Holzworth, City Recorder, P.O. Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97333-1083. Written testimony received after 9:00 am on January 19 will be provided to the Council at the meeting. Note that it is challenging for Councilors to read and consider written testimony received at the meeting. To testify via telephone or through your computer during the hearing, you must register with the City Recorder by 9:00 am on January 19.
