Start/Stop Water Service Now Available Online

City services customers now have the option to start or stop water service using an online service available at www.corvallisoregon.gov/startwater. To use the service, customers must first create an account. After the account has been created, customers will have the option to start or stop service, and to make other payments to the City of Corvallis.

Before this change, starting and stopping water service was conducted by phone. The phone system will remain in place, and the new service is intended to improve customer service during peak periods each month when many customers are trying to start or stop water service.
