Housing Loans
The City of Corvallis is moving to a new billing system for City Services. The first phase includes the monthly City Services billings which will be on-line in mid-June. Assessments and Loans are expected to be available for online inquiry and payments by November 1st.
This second step in the upgrade will include both assessments and loans that require a City Lien. Specific types include:
- System Development Charges (SDC)
- Abatement charges
- Economic Improvement District (EID)
- Housing Loans
- General Assessments (Loans)
- Civil Penalties
During this implementation process, the online payment option will be unavailable. Customers will receive a notification with their first billing that will include instructions on how to make a payment online with the new system.
In the meantime, the following payment options are available.
- In person - Payments can be made at 500 SW Madison Ave. We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Card payments
- Mail – Payments can be sent to PO BOX 1083, Corvallis OR 97339
- Bank Bill Pay – Please contact your banking institution to use their on-line bill-payment option
