Housing Opportunities Action Council

The Housing Opportunities Action Council is a joint partnership between the City of Corvallis and Benton County as they work toward a mutual goal of developing a Ten-Year Plan to Address Homelessness.

The HOAC web page includes information about the history of the partnership, reports, and materials, as well as ways for the public to get involved.
