Fire Drill Report Form

This Fire Drill Report is required by - and is being sent directly to - the Corvallis Fire Department. Please adhere to the following due dates:

  • Fall Term - First drill due by the Sunday following the first week of classes; Second drill due by the Sunday following the second week of classes.
  • Winter Term - Fire drill due by the Sunday following the first week of classes.
  • Spring Term - Fire drill due by the Sunday following the first week of classes.

A participation rate of over 50% is necessary for an approved fire drill, so please ensure you conduct your fire drill at a time that maximizes participation.
