Starting and Growing a Business
Business License
There is no requirement for a business license in Benton County or the City of Corvallis. Depending on the type of business you are starting, there may be other types of licensing requirements. You will want to register your business name with the State Corporation Division regardless of the form of business you start (Sole proprietorship, Corporation, LLC).
