Pursuant to Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-16, issued on April 16, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the June 1 City Council meeting will be online only. The Council Chambers is closed to the public. The Council meeting will be broadcast live on Comcast Cable Channel 21. Members of the community wishing to offer comment in advance on topics appearing on any City Council agenda are encouraged to use the public input form at www.corvallisoregon.gov/publicinput.

This meeting includes public hearings on State Revenue Sharing and the City's 2020-21 Operating Budget.  To participate in the budget public hearings: The City Council strongly encourages community members to provide written testimony. Please submit your comments by 12:00 pm on June 1, 2020 via email to Carla.holzworth@corvallisoregon.gov.  You may also submit written testimony via US mail to Carla Holzworth, City Recorder, PO Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97333-1083. Written testimony received by 12:00 pm on June 1 will be provided to the Council for consideration before the meeting.  Written testimony received after 12:00 pm on June 1 will be provided to the Council at the meeting.  Note that it is challenging for Councilors to read and consider written testimony received at the meeting. To testify via telephone during the hearing, you must register with the City Recorder by 12:00 pm on June 1.
