Pursuant to Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-16 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the June 15 City Council meeting will be online only. The Council Chambers is closed to the public. The Council meeting will be broadcast live on Comcast Cable Channel 21. Members of the community wishing to offer comment in advance on topics appearing on any City Council agenda are encouraged to use the public input form at www.corvallisoregon.gov/publicinput.

NOTE: This meeting includes a public hearing concerning Parks System Development Charges Methodology Update 2020. To participate in the public hearing: The City Council strongly encourages community members to provide written testimony. Please submit your comments by 9:00 am on June 15, 2020 via email to Carla.holzworth@corvallisoregon.gov.  You may also submit written testimony via US mail to Carla Holzworth, City Recorder, PO Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97333-1083. Written testimony received by 9:00 am on June 15 will be provided to the Council for consideration before the meeting.  Written testimony received after 9:00 am on June 15 will be provided to the Council at the meeting.  Note that it is challenging for Councilors to read and consider written testimony received at the meeting. To testify via telephone during the hearing, you must register with the City Recorder by 9:00 am on June 15.
