Pursuant to Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-16, issued on April 16, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the May 18 City Council meeting will be online only. The Council Chambers is closed to the public. The Council meeting will be broadcast live on Comcast Cable Channel 21. The public may also watch the meeting live on the internet via this link: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/3136051660864474383  

Community members wishing to offer comments are strongly encouraged to submit them in writing through this form www.corvallisoregon.gov/publicinput  

A video and audio of the meeting will be available on the City’s website within a few days of the meeting.

This meeting includes a public hearing concerning an appeal of Historic Resources Commission decision: HPP-2020-05 Axtell, L.H. & Elizabeth House.  If you wish to participate in this public hearing, please note: The City Council strongly encourages community members to provide written testimony. Please submit your comments by noon on May 18, 2020 via email to Carla.holzworth@corvallisoregon.gov.  You may also submit written testimony via US mail to Carla Holzworth, City Recorder, PO Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97333-1083. Your testimony must be received by the City by the above deadline to give the Council time to review it before the public hearing begins. It is anticipated that the Council will deliberate at this meeting.
