Applicant Neighborhood Meeting for OSU Proposed Zone Change - Potential Councilor Quorum

Oregon State University owns the property located at 850 SW 35th Street. The parcel has two areas - one zoned as Research Technology Center (RTC) and one zoned as OSU zone. 

OSU is conducting this Applicant Neighborhood Meeting to discuss their plans to submit an application requesting to remove the RTC zone and apply the OSU zone to the entire site. An Applicant Neighborhood Meeting is required for zone changes and occurs before application materials are submitted to the City of Corvallis.  The meeting encourages early dialogue between a developer and interested community members regarding a potential project. West Hills Neighborhood Association received direct notice of this meeting; however any community member interested in the project is encouraged to attend. 

A potential quorum of City Councilors may be present at this meeting.
