Services Billing

As of March 11, 2022, the City of Corvallis City Services Billing office will be updating our internal software system. Please review this page to learn more about the changes coming soon for all community members who use our website for viewing account details as well as making payments.

Why the Update?

The upcoming changes are part of a two-step process. The first step, which is happening March 11, will require re-registration for customers using the City’s online payment portal, as part of important internal security upgrades to the payment system.

The second step will come later this year, to upgrade and enhance the user payment portal page so it will be more user friendly.
