Notice of Budget Commission Meetings for FY19-20

The Corvallis Budget Commission will hold a series of meetings in May to develop the budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

  • Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. - The City of Corvallis Budget Commission will meet to receive the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.
  • Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. - The Budget Commission will hold Public Hearings to receive comments on the Proposed Budget and use of State Revenue Sharing Funds.
  • Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. - The Budget Commission will deliberate on the FY 19-20 Proposed Budget.

All Budget Commission meetings will be held in the Downtown Fire Station Meeting Room, 400 NW Harrison Blvd., Corvallis, Oregon. The public is welcome to attend meetings on May 7 and 9 where City Department Directors will provide information and answer questions on their department proposed budgets. Anyone wishing to comment on the 2019-2020 Proposed Budget is invited to participate at the May 14 Public Hearing.

Written comments on the Proposed Budget may be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on May 14 at the Budget Office, 500 SW Madison Avenue, Corvallis, Oregon 97333, or via e-mail to nancy.brewer@corvallisoregon.gov. A copy of the budget is available for review at the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library or on the City website.
