2022 Corvallis City Services Billing Low-Income Assistance Program

Dear Corvallis Community member,

 

The City's low-income assistance program is now almost a year old. We are glad it could provide assistance throughout the last year. This notice is a reminder that before January 1, 2022, you will need to re-submit documentation to continue receiving benefit from the low-income assistance program if you wish to continue. Proper documentation includes an OHP eligibility letter, proof of SNAP assistance, or participation in the Corvallis Free/reduced school lunch program. All participation documentation must be from Calendar year 2021 for eligibility. To re-apply, please go to:
