Report a Problem - Livability Code Compliance
The Code Compliance program responds to complaints involving neighborhood livability issues on private property. For issues regarding undeveloped parcels with no assigned street address, please call (541) 766-6545 to speak with a staff member.
Complete information, including your contact information, is required in order to investigate the complaint. Should a request for additional information go unanswered, the complaint may be closed due to insufficient information.
Although submissions are a public record of the City of Corvallis subject to the State of Oregon Records Retention Schedules (OAR 166-200-0200 through 166-200-0405), if you mark your submission as confidential (below), we will oblige ourselves in good faith not to disclose your personal information if requested under Oregon Public Records Law.

- Report a Problem to Development Services for issues regarding work occurring without permits, and for land use issues pertaining to all non-residential locations, or call (541) 766-6929.
- Report a Problem to Public Works for issues regarding public right of way (streets, street lawns, public sidewalks), or call (541) 766-6916.
- Report a Problem to Parks and Recreation for issues regarding park maintenance, vandalism at parks or recreation program issues, or at (541) 766-6918.
- Contact the Corvallis Police Department at (541) 766-6924 for all disruptive noise issues (barking dogs, music, parties, construction sites); animal condition, and; parking or driving on streets.
- Contact the Housing & Neighborhood Services Division at 541-766-6944 for issues related to housing discrimination.
