Effective April 1, 2022

Change to Parks System Development Charges (SDC)

Development Services collects fees for Corvallis School District, Corvallis Public Works, Corvallis Parks, and Corvallis Housing and Neighborhood Services; SDCs are one of these charges. The effective rate is based on application date for the permit that generates the SDC assessment (building or plumbing permit).  

Effective April 1, 2022, per Resolution 2022-12, Parks SDC will be assessed for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and Commercial Uses. The Commercial employee rate is calculated based on gross floor area.
