People wishing to participate may submit comments in writing and/or speak during the online meeting using the following methods:
Submit your comments in writing:
Please submit written comments or testimony by 9:00 a.m. the day of the meeting so that the Planning Commission is able to consider the submitted testimony in a timely manner. Participate via live webinar:
Registration must occur by 9:00 a.m. the day of the meeting, if you would like to speak during the meeting. Community members who would like to watch and participate in the meeting live on the internet may pre-register using this link: https://forms.corvallisoregon.gov/Forms/MeetingRegistration
A video and audio recording of the meeting will be available on the City’s website within a few days of the meeting.
